Do our products capture and kill viruses?

The simple and short answer is, YES! Although the common viral strands can be prevented with good basic hygiene practices (like washing your hands, sneezing or coughing in your arm sleeve, etc.), we still need to clean the air we breathe as well, since viruses travel in the air as well. The problem is that most filtration products and similar technologies don’t do that and have no data to prove they do. Our products offer a capture technology of 0.007 microns/ 7nm or larger at 99.9% efficiency. In fact, the technology we use is patented technology developed through a United States Military Grant combating germ warfare. The Disinfecting Filtration System (DFS) we offer revolutionizes the air cleaning and filtration process. The DFS technology is proven to be 40x more efficient than standard HEPA filtration, capturing 99.99% of all particles down to 0.007 micron in size. DFS also prevents microbial growth inside the filter through microbial inhibition. Our filtration products are made both residential to protect you and your family, and commercially to protect your employees and cliental.

Another product we offer is Bi-Polar Ionization (or known as Cold Plasma). This technology works to safely clean the air inside commercial and residential buildings. The also, patented technology uses an electronic charge to create a plasma field filled with a high concentration of + and – ions. As these ions travel with the air stream they attach to particles, pathogens and gases. The ions help to agglomerate fine sub-micron particles, making them filterable. The ions kill pathogens by robbing them of life-sustaining hydrogen. The ions breakdown harmful VOCs and pathogens with an Electron Volt Potential under twelve (eV<12) into harmless compounds like O2, CO2, N2, and H2O. The ions produced travel within the air stream into the occupied spaces, cleaning the air everywhere the ions travel, even in spaces unseen.

Typically we will offer both technologies as a package.

A popular question we have received is, what is the size of the Coronaviruses? Although it’s still very new and scientific data is not matured, we have found in research publications that the size ranges from 0.08-0.15 microns, with a mean size of 0.11 microns. Again, since this is still actively being studied, this information could change, but aligns with many other viruses.
